The not so small, small print

  • Cancellation within 14 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • Full payment by direct debit or paypal one week prior to the event or cash or credit card on arrival.
  • Any custom props, backdrops, branded photo templates require a minimum of 4 weeks notice, this is to allow for design and printing requirements. Full non-refundable payment for custom branding will be required when you book us for your event.
  • Travel outside of the Brisbane area will incur an $70 per hour charge. Accommodation will also be charged if this is required for your event.
  • Package Deals are exempt from the travel charge.
  • Choose 2 or more of our fantastic services for the same event and receive 20% discount (*excludes special offers).

  • If parking is not provided an additional charge may be applicable.
  • Access to the venue is required at least 30 minutes before the event starts to allow setup of the equipment. 30 minutes is also required for packing up afterwards. This time will not be charged.

Photo Booths

Important Information

  • A clear area of 3m x 2m is required to setup our Photo Booth with a minimum ceiling height of 2.4m.
    The 3m side will be where your guests will enter the Photo Booth.
  • Power will be required nearby for the Photo Booth.
  • Custom templates of your brand/birthday/event are available as an overlay on the printed photos.
  • Corporate Branding is available for backdrops and LCD displays.
  • If parking is not provided an additional charge may be applicable.
  • Access to the venue is required at least one hour before the event starts to allow setup of the equipment. One hour is also required for packing up afterwards. This time will not be charged.
  • Custom Templates, Backdrops and Branding will require at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event. Full payment is required when booked.
  • Artwork for custom branding will need to be supplied at the time of booking and should be in a high resolution¬†.png/psd¬†format.
  • Cancellation of custom ordered options will not be refundable.
